Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, the following is made in lieu of all conditions and warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied conditions or warranties of merchantability and fitness for the purpose:  Seller's and Manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of products or merchandise proved to be defective.  Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the products and merchandise for its intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

ADHERE DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE EITHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED.
