DOUBLE COATED TAPE
Proven Reliability from 3M™ Tapes
3M™ Double Coated Tapes are engineered with adhesive on both side of paper, film or tissue. This increases the dimensional stability of the adhesive for easy handling and application.
3M™ DOUBLE COATED TAPE
3M™ DOUBLE COATED TAPE 93020LE
3M™ Double Coated Tape 93020LE offers good chemical, humidity and moisture resistance, as well as performance across a wide temperature range (from 40°F/40°C to 300°F/148°C). The bond strength increases as a function of time and temperature, and has very high initial adhesion. This tape bonds well to similar and dissimilar materials including, metals, most plastics, glass, papers, and painted surfaces.
3M™ HIGH PERFORMANCE DOUBLE COATED TAPE 9086
3M™ High Performance Double Coated Tape 9086 holds tight to bond on contact to almost any high and low surface energy substrate. This tape features Initial high tack and a tissue carrier, with a hand tearable, conformable and easy handling paper liner. It has high peel and shear strength, and resistance to UV light, solvents, plasticizers and high temperatures.
3M™ DOUBLE COATED TAPE 9576
3M™ Double Coated Tape 9576 provides excellent peel and shear strength - making it ideal for rigorous splicing applications and bonding plastics to metals. The medium-firm pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive system features an excellent balance of good initial adhesion and good shear holding power. The formulation gives a consistently strong bond across a range of temperatures, up to 165°F (75°C).
3M™ HIGH PERFORMANCE DOUBLE COATED TAPE 9088-20
3M™ High Performance Double Coated Tape 9088-200 is designed as a go to industrial tape for long term adhesion in a very broad range of applications where a thicker tape is desired. The tape resists UV, chemicals, solvents, and high temperatures. This high performance adhesive has been tested for high peel and shear performance on substrates including stainless steel, polycarbonate, glass, HDPE, ABS, and high pressure laminate. Applications for double coated tape are found in construction, fabrication, arts, and hobby.
